Information used to serve the website
The hosting service receives ordinary request information, including the requested URL, network address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. WordPress administration uses authentication cookies.
Google Analytics is optional. It loads only after you allow analytics and uses cookies to measure visits, page navigation, device and language information. Advertising consent remains denied. Fabric worksheet fields, contact information and saved drafts are not sent as analytics events. Email and WhatsApp messages are separate actions that you review before sending. You can withdraw or change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer; withdrawal disables further Analytics collection and removes this site’s Analytics cookies.
Project information in the tools
The tool fields and generated brief are processed in the browser. Contact details and free-text notes stay in the current page session and are not silently saved to persistent browser storage. Moving between supported pages or languages preserves the current working state in memory. Reloading can discard unsaved information; download a copy if you need to keep it.
Optional saved drafts
Saving a draft is an explicit action. The saved draft contains only the tool’s structured non-sensitive project fields; contact details, project descriptions and free-text notes are excluded. Do not enter confidential information in a field intended for a public reference or general target. Use Clear draft to remove this website’s saved draft from the browser.
Downloads and external contact links
A downloaded text or CSV file is created on your device. You decide where to store it and whom to share it with. Email and WhatsApp links open external applications and can include the project information you chose to prepare. Review the message before sending. Those external services handle the conversation under their own terms and privacy notices.
Questions and corrections
For questions about this website’s privacy controls, contact Allot Tech (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. through the listed website contact. Identify the page or feature involved and avoid sending sensitive documents in the initial message. For a textile business conversation already sent to Fred Textile, contact the receiving party directly about that correspondence and its records.
Understand what saving a draft changes
A working draft held in memory is different from a saved browser draft. Saving uses this browser’s local storage for structured project fields, so reopening the tool on the same device can recover those fields. It does not create an account or a server-side project submission.
Contact details and free-text notes are excluded from the saved draft. Structured fields can still contain commercially sensitive information if you type it into an article or reference field. Use project identifiers that are appropriate for the device, and clear the saved draft after using a shared computer.
Review an export before sharing it
A TXT or CSV download is a file on your device. Once downloaded, it is managed by your device, backups and the application you use to open or share it. Clearing the browser draft does not delete files you have already exported.
The email and WhatsApp buttons prepare a message in another application. Review the recipients and contents there before sending. Official website links open Fred Textile’s website in a separate tab; that destination has its own website behaviour and privacy information. These links do not give this project tool control over the external application.
Resolve a local draft concern
If you used a shared device, clear the working and saved draft with the tool’s clear action and manage any exported files separately. If the browser blocks storage, copy or download the record you want to keep before leaving the page.
For questions about this website’s operation, identify the page and the observed behaviour when contacting Allot Tech (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Do not include a password or unnecessary confidential project material in that message. Hosting request logs and third-party destinations are distinct from the browser-only project worksheet.
Prepare the next decision
| Input | Decision to make | Record to keep |
|---|---|---|
| Working fields | Processed in the current browser session | Copy or download when needed |
| Persistent draft | Only after you select Save draft | Structured non-sensitive fields |
| Excluded from saving | Contacts, descriptions and free-text notes | Keep sensitive information out |
| Clear draft | Removes this site’s optional saved draft | Browser control |
| External conversation | Review before sending through email or WhatsApp | External service policy |
Questions for this stage
Are my contact details saved when I type them?
They are held in the current tool session and excluded from the optional persistent draft. Refreshing the page can discard them.
Does downloading a brief send it to the business contact?
No. Download creates a file on your device. You choose whether to attach it to an email or share it through another service.
How do I remove a saved draft?
Use Clear draft in the tool. You can also clear this website’s storage through your browser settings. A downloaded file must be deleted separately on your device.
Does clearing a draft remove an emailed worksheet?
No. Clearing removes the tool’s working and saved draft on the current browser. It does not recall a message or remove downloaded files, attachments or records already stored in another application.
Can another browser recover my saved draft?
Local storage belongs to the browser and device used to save it. Export a record if you need to move it elsewhere, and review which information it contains before sharing.
