RFQ worksheet
Use end use, reference revision, composition constraints, dimensions and quantity-by-colour fields. Leave unknown values open and ask for a proposal.
Approval worksheet
Keep the five sample stages separately identified. Record buyer-reviewed scope and open questions without describing the worksheet as factory approval.
Inspection worksheet
Record article, lot, roll, measurements, finding position, photographs and disposition. Add the inspection system agreed for the order rather than assuming a universal threshold.
Order handover
Connect the final specification, approved sample, commercial reply, release owner and required documents. Missing items remain open.
Use and version
Download the appropriate file, add your project ID and revision and review it before sharing. Spreadsheet formula-like text is protected in tool-generated CSV. Store your files in the location and business process you choose.
Choose a template by the missing record
Use the RFQ worksheet to organise a request, the approval worksheet to state reviewed scope, the inspection worksheet to map roll findings and the handover worksheet to reconcile the final order basis. Each language has its own download labels.
Do not fill every template automatically. Start with the decision that lacks a clear record, and retain the source documents needed to support it. A blank field is an open point, not a default approval or zero.
Keep files usable after they leave the website
Open CSV in an application that preserves the text and units. Retain article and roll identifiers as identifiers, especially where leading characters or zeros matter. Check the imported headers and values before sharing a revised file.
Name the file with the project and revision and keep superseded versions out of the current handover set. Downloading does not create a server-side submission. The copy on your device and any subsequent sharing are managed through your own applications.
Connect the template to a real decision
For each important entry, add the supporting sample, response or report reference where the worksheet provides it. Identify an owner for an open point. After review, transfer accepted information into the actual specification or commercial documents.
If a template lacks a field required by your process, add it in your working file and retain the meaning. The worksheet is a starting structure, not a rule that every project must have identical requirements.
Prepare the next decision

| RFQ | Requirements and quantities | Project reply |
| Approval | Stage and scope | Sample decision |
| Inspection | Actual roll findings | Disposition |
| Handover | Current order basis | Release record |
| Version | ID and revision | Reviewed file |
Questions for this stage
Are these download buttons real files?
Yes. Each link downloads a CSV worksheet with editable headers and rows.
Do the worksheets send data to the site?
No. They are files you download and edit on your device.
Does a completed worksheet confirm the order?
No. Use the applicable identified technical and commercial confirmations.
Are the templates different from the interactive tools?
Templates are editable CSV starting records. Interactive tools organise entered fields and provide review or export functions. Both still require the responsible parties to confirm the actual project information.
Can I change the CSV columns?
Adapt your working copy to the actual project while preserving clear identifiers, units and decision meanings. Keep a revision so reviewers know which file is current.
